“Barry the Biscuit Boy,” a 30-Second Cautionary Tale
In this collaboration between Joseph Mann and past (The) Absolute guest Andrew Thomas Huang, we’re treated to a 30-second fairy tale: Barry the Biscuit Boy, in a light-hearted and amusing way, makes child-like disregard for consequences, even when said consequences are, er, rather dire. According to the filmmakers, 16 different puppets were used in its creation, so don’t think that a short running time means nothing went into the final product. I have to admit that I was surprised (or naive?) to realize it was a commercial at the end, but hey, it was fun while it lasted.
