“Okamada” Uses Music and Technology to Dazzle Your Senses
“Okamada” is a project between several artists (I think?) that uses “a trial and error process of mutational fusion of music and motion graphics” to create stunning musical art pieces. Directed by Hiroshi Kizu and featuring dancer Masako Yasumoto, the result is a dazzling video that plays with your senses. In fact, all the videos on Far East Recording’s YouTube page are weirdly imaginative. Most of the videos are by musician Omodaka, but unfortunately their all-Japanese web page makes it difficult to learn more about him (or them?). But if you just want to ogle at weird, experimental videos all day, their channel will have you entertained for hours.
