Kerby Rosanes’s Hayao Miyazaki Inspired Doodles

Filipino illustrator Kerby Rosanes is known for his doodles. His popular doodle art blog is well-known in the deviantArt and Tumblr-verse circles, and this recent homage to animator Hayao Miyazaki got tons of attention when he posted it to Tumblr back in September. Rosanes was commissioned to do the piece by a client who asked for something “Miyazaki-inspired.” The doodle took 12 hours to complete and includes notable Miyazaki characters, like the monster from My Neighbor Totoro, San from Princess Mononoke and the lead from Kiki’s Delivery Service. You can buy a print of the piece from Society6.
