Fun with Light Painting
What do you do when you’re a burgeoning photographer with access to a laser pointer, a flashlight, and a couple of friends? Have a little fun with some light painting, of course. Light painting is a photo technique that creates the illusion of moving lights by making exposures with the help of a hand-held light source. Graphic design student Dennis Asare decided to play around with the technique one day with the help of his friends. Using a Digital SLR, a tripod, and a flash gun, Asare created a series of illuminating images that were equally fun and artistic. Considering this was essentially an experiment, the photos came out really well.
