What the F*ck Is My Twitter Bio Auto-Generates Cliched Bios So You Don’t Have To
Have you noticed that there’s a certain sameness to tech and startup bios? What The F*ck Is My Twitter Bio re-spins the common cliche of products-used-as-adjectives with brags-used-as-nouns found in way too many Twitter profiles. Think “Instagram guru,” “Tumblr mixmaster,” “Snapchat rulebreaker,” “Pinterest ninja,” etc.
What The F*ck Is My Twitter Bio resembles the amazing What Would I Say Facebook app, but the Twitter bio generator goes even further by auto-generating tech bio jargon in 140 characters. Although it’s hilarious and brilliant, I think they dropped the ball by not integrating a way to tweet these hilarious bios. (Or make them ACTUAL Twitter profiles. Still contemplating if I should actually make Tumblr evangelist, SEO rulebreaker and coffee connoisseur into my new tongue-in-cheek Twitter bio.)
What The F*ck Is My Twitter Bio was made by Jack Marshall, Saya Weissman, and Brian Braiker, all from Digiday, proving that even people who live and breath internet marketing can’t say “social media guru” and “bootstrapping ninja” with a straight face.
Oh yeah, adult language warning for the site, in case the F bomb in the URL didn’t tip you off.
